It adopts a free falling feeding system. The machine can package paper bags and woven polypropylene bags of 10 to 50 kg. The output Up to 260 bags/hour, the fast and precise valve makes the feeding process frequent and stable. Materials can be put directly into the bag without clogging or sticking to the bag.
Low density powder can be packaged using the following methods:
- Powder packaging machine is suitable for low density powder below 325 mesh, with an output of 120 bags per hour,and is used for packaging bags from 10 to 50 kg.
- Degassing packaging machine is suitable for low density powder above 325 mesh, with an output of 160-260 bags per hour, and is used for packaging bags of 10 to 50 kg.
After the packaging is completed, it is sent to the leveling machine through the conveyor belt to smooth the bag shape and reach the grabbing roller. After the robot detects that there are packaging bags (packaging boxes) on the grabbing roller, it grabs the packaging bags, turns and stacks them, and then packs the bags. Bags (packaging boxes) are stacked according to the set stacking pattern to complete the stacking process.
