Avoid impact.

Severe impact may cause damage to the fragile weighing sensor. It is strictly forbidden to knock the weighing device during the use of the packaging scale. During the loading and unloading and lifting stages, a solution with less impact and vibration should be selected, and it should be lifted and placed as lightly as possible.

Pay attention to waterproofing. Since the quantitative packaging machine system contains many electronic control systems, water ingress will cause irreversible damage to these control systems, so waterproofing must be considered during transportation.

Fixing method

Since the measuring device of the packaging scale is supported by a weighing sensor, if the equipment is fixed with a rope when loading, it is strictly forbidden to tie the weighing device, and it should be tied and fixed at the designated position.

Hoisting and lifting

When loading and unloading, try to operate according to the marked lifting position and lifting method. The quantitative packaging machine equipment is relatively high and the center is not centered to avoid tilting accidents caused by wrong lifting.

Inspection

During the delivery and logistics transportation stage, pay attention to check whether the packaging is damaged and whether the label is intact. The delivery driver should regularly check and strengthen the fixation during transportation. Communicate with the manufacturer in time when encountering any situation.
