Project Name: Intelligent Packaging Robot and Industrial Software System Integration R&D Project

Floor area: Approximately 20000 square meters

Construction content: Supporting facilities for the research and development project of intelligent packaging robots and industrial software systems integration. The main structures include: machining workshop, cutting workshop, welding workshop, assembly workshop, polishing workshop, raw material storage area, finished product area, multifunctional exhibition hall, technology research and development center, and office building.

A machining area and a cutting area are set up on the east side of the production and processing workshop: located upstream of the production line in the production process, used to store raw materials or semi-finished products to be processed. Its main function is to ensure the normal operation of the production line and ensure that raw materials or semi-finished products can be delivered to the corresponding next step in a timely and accurate manner. Equipped with lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, planers, machining centers, grinders, forming grinders, rounding machines, angle grinders, and ten thousand watt level laser cutting machines, covering an area of approximately 2000 square meters.

① Welding workshop: 

The welding workshop is a very important part of the production and manufacturing process. It is responsible for connecting components together, assembling them into the final product, and ensuring product quality. Through reasonable engineering planning and quality control, it helps to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and provide high-quality products. The workshop is equipped with 10 welding stations, 4 welding robots, 10 secondary welding machines, 10 laser welding machines, and a mobile flue gas purifier, covering an area of approximately 2000 square meters.

② Assembly and appearance processing area: 

The assembly workshop is a highly coordinated production process that ensures production efficiency by assembling, debugging, and maintaining equipment. The workshop is located on the south side of the factory area, covering an area of approximately 5400 square meters for assembling and debugging the processed components.

③ Warehouse area: 

Construct a two-story three-dimensional warehouse, covering an area of about 700 square meters, for storing accessories such as racks, electrical appliances, belts, and instruments. Firstly, it fully utilizes the space of the warehouse, improves storage efficiency and utilization rate; The second is that parts and other components are arranged in a more orderly manner, easy to manage and search for, and achieve automated storage and outbound.

④ Finished product area and multifunctional exhibition hall: 

The company will locate the finished product area and multifunctional exhibition hall on the west side of the factory, covering an area of about 1500 square meters. The exhibition hall is an endorsement of the company's strength and brand, as well as a window for receiving visitors and showcasing the company's comprehensive strength to visitors. By showcasing various information such as company introduction, corporate culture, development history, product/business, partners, and Rongying qualifications in the exhibition hall, visitors can fully understand the company's situation and enhance its brand image. The second is to showcase the company's products and promote them to visiting customers, promoting business cooperation. The third is to conduct inspections and exchanges, with government leaders, industry leaders and enterprises, industry experts or scholars, upstream and downstream partners, media personnel, etc. conducting inspections and exchanges with enterprises to facilitate understanding of relevant information. The fourth is internal training. ⑤ Office Building: 

Located on the west side of the factory area, it has three floors and a total area of 2000 square meters. A technology research and development center will be established on the first and second floors, equipped with laboratory racks, laboratory instruments, electronic instruments, analytical instruments, storage equipment, 3D printers, CAD/CAM software, CNC machine tools, etc. Testing and detection equipment such as simulation testing systems, multifunctional testing equipment, measuring equipment, and other electronic devices.
