What belts are there for packaging machines?
In the industrial industry, there is an important link in production and processing, which is to continue packaging the assembled products. When packaging, a packaging machine is used. Different industries and machines are different, and the packaging machines are also different, so the belts used on the packaging machines may also be different. For packaging machine belts, sheet-based belts, vacuum film belts, PVC conveyor belts, etc. are generally used.
1. Sheet-based belts of packaging machine belts:
Sheet-based belts are flat high-speed transmission belts. Usually, there is a nylon sheet-based layer in the middle of the sheet-based belt, and the surface is covered with rubber, cowhide, and fiber cloth; they are divided into rubber nylon sheet-based belts and cowhide nylon sheet-based belts. The belt thickness is usually in the range of 0.8-6mm. The material structure of the nylon sheet-based belt is innovative and special. Compared with traditional canvas transmission belts and V-belts, it has the advantages of strong tension, bending resistance, high efficiency, low noise, fatigue resistance, good wear resistance, and long service life. Product use: suitable for occasions with compact transmission mechanism, high linear speed, and large speed ratio. Such as: cigarettes, cigarette machines, papermaking, printing, textile machinery, HVAC equipment, metal equipment, vending equipment and military industry. It is also used in electronic industry substrate lines, SMT equipment, circuit board conveying, etc.
2. Perforated film belt for packaging machine belt:
It refers to a special process method to perform high-precision punching on the steel belt. It can be used in synchronous conveying, positioning conveying, (vacuum) adsorption conveying, etc. It mainly includes: positioning conveyor belt, synchronous conveyor belt, (vacuum) adsorption conveyor belt, drying leakage conveyor belt, vegetable dehydration conveyor belt, and forming conveyor belt.
3. PVC conveyor belt for packaging machine conveyor belt:
PVC is actually a vinyl polymer, and its material is a non-crystalline material. In actual use, PVC materials are often added with stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary processing agents, colorants, impact resistance agents and other additives. It has non-flammability, high strength, resistance to climate change and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidants, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid and is not suitable for contact with aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
