The reason and solution of one scale unloading fast and the other scale unloading slow on dual scale packaging scale machine
Under normal circumstances, the speeds of the A and B scales of the dual-scale packaging scale should not differ much, because during installation and debugging, the installation technicians will optimize the parameter settings of the A and B scales according to the actual production and packaging situation, so that the two scales work evenly, so that the true power of the dual scales can be brought into play. However, in actual work, there are still cases where the speeds of the two scales are significantly different. Today we analyze its common causes and coping methods.
Common reasons why one scale of the dual-scale packaging scale unloads the material quickly and the other scale unloads the material slowly:
The feeder feeds insufficient material and the feed port is biased to one side.
This situation is easy to be ignored, but it is objective. People often encounter a situation where one scale is slow. The first reaction is the setting problem, but they ignore this simplest reason. Especially for mobile packaging scales, sometimes the feeder feeds the material to one side of the storage bin. It is not obvious when the material is sufficient. Once the material supply is insufficient, it will be obvious that one scale is much slower. That is, one scale has sufficient material supply, so it is fast, and the other scale is always short of material, so it is slow. The solution is to increase the material supply.
There is a problem with the parameter setting of one scale.
Generally, it is a problem with the two parameters of fast feed advance and medium feed advance. Observe the feeding process of the slow-feeding scale to see whether the three feeding processes of "fast feeding", "medium feeding" and "slow feeding" are normal, and whether any one of them is too long or missing. The most common problem is that the slow feeding time is too long. In this case, the advance amount of medium feeding needs to be reduced.
The feeding port of the storage bin is blocked.
Although this situation is rare, it has been encountered before. Previously, broken bags and bricks entered the silo of the grain packaging scale and blocked one side of the scale. There was also a situation where the fertilizer particle plate agglomerated and blocked the feeding port of one scale.
The slow feeding gate of one scale is too small (gravity self-flow gate feeding packaging scale).
Especially when the packaging material is changed, it will be slower when slow feeding. We know that the smaller the slow feeding gate, the higher the slow feeding accuracy, but this is relative to the material. If the material has poor fluidity and large particles, then a too small slow feeding gate will cause slow feeding, or even frequent blocking. At this time, it can be solved by adjusting the size of the slow feeding gate.
