Electric flow and mobile design of packaging equipment
The electric flow of the packaging equipment mainly adopts a fully electric control system. Its mechanical part is mainly composed of an upper storage bin, an intermediate metering hopper, and a lower discharge hopper. The electrical part is mainly composed of an upper material sensor, a metering weighing sensor, a weighing meter, a PLC program control unit, and a drive motor.
The materials of the packaging equipment mainly flow from the upper storage bin into the metering hopper. When the metering hopper is full of materials during operation, its upper material door is closed and the metering hopper is weighed. After the weighing is stable, the weighing value is accumulated. Then the discharge door of the metering hopper opens, and the material flows into the lower discharge hopper. Enter the next cycle. The entire mechanical movement process is completely completed automatically by the PLC and the weighing meter. It is fast and the error accuracy is less than 0.2%.
The packaging equipment is characterized by full electric control, low temperature resistance, and dust resistance, which is very suitable for outdoor cold areas in Northeast China. The electric control has high stability and does not require frequent adjustment and maintenance. The movable design can be moved and parked at any position.
The packaging equipment adopts high-precision imported instruments, and the sensor adopts Keli steel sensor. PLC program control unit, the motor adopts instrument-specific high-precision motor control. All mechanical processing adopts CNC laser cutting, CNC combination punching machine for material cutting, and electrostatic spraying for the surface. It has beautiful appearance and stable performance.
The packaging equipment is designed according to the structure of domestic particle feeder, suitable for non-sticky and fluid particle materials. The feed weighing and packaging equipment can be selected as an integrated steel structure, so it is relatively stable during the working process and ensures service life. The weighing system is equipped with a high-precision weighing sensor and a weighing display instrument to ensure accuracy.
