For lumpy or granular sugars, you can choose different granular packaging machines (DCS-Z) according to the size of the output. By using the granular packaging machine for filling, the quantitative bucket of the packaging machine will automatically weigh according to the weight value set by the user in advance, and the quantitative sugar will accurately enter the packaging bag.

 This type of packaging machine can fill packaging bags of different specifications (flat-edged bags or hem bags) and polypropylene bags. Its production rate is about 200-600 bags per hour. Different types of granule packaging machines can be selected according to different yields. The most common way to seal polypropylene bags is by sewing.

Sugar can be packaged using the following methods:

  • Granule bucketless packaging machine is suitable for production of 200 to 300 bags per hour, for 10KG to 50KG packaging bags.
  • Granule single bucket packaging machine is suitable for production of 300 to 400 bags per hour, for 5KG to 50KG packaging bags.
  • Granule double bucket packaging machine is suitable for production of 400 to 700 bags per hour, for 5KG to 50KG packaging bags.

After the packaging is completed, it is sent to the leveling machine through the conveyor belt, so that the bag shape is leveled to the grasping roller table. After the manipulator detects that there is a packaging bag (packaging box) on the grasping roller table, it grabs the packaging bag for turning and stacking. The packaging bag (packaging box) is stacked according to the set stacking type, and the stacking process is completed. This is the best way to obtain a stable cube pallet.
