How to know the maximum and minimum weighing range of quantitative bagging machine
Each quantitative packaging scale has a performance parameter, which is the "weighing range", which is what we call the maximum weighing weight and the minimum weighing weight. The normal working measurement range is between the maximum and minimum weighing weights, and the quantitative value can be freely set between them. How is this weighing range determined? What is the function? Let's explore it briefly:
First, the maximum value of the weighing range is determined:
There is a parameter called "maximum weighing value" in the weighing instrument. This parameter is used to limit the weighing weight. If it exceeds the set value, the instrument will have an alarm prompt. This maximum weighing value is set by the manufacturer when it leaves the factory. The main basis is the maximum weighing value of the weighing sensor. Each weighing sensor will have an identification on the nameplate. The packaging scale manufacturer selects the appropriate weighing sensor according to the design, and calculates it according to the weighing range of the sensor and the deadweight of the metering device, and then multiplies it by the safety factor. Finally, the "maximum weighing value" of the packaging scale is obtained. The significance of this parameter is to prevent damage to the weighing sensor due to overloading.
Determination of the minimum value of the minimum weighing range:
The consideration of the minimum weighing weight of the quantitative packaging scale generally considers two aspects:
1: Reasons for weighing accuracy
We all know that the quantitative value on the packaging scale instrument can be set arbitrarily, even if it is very small. However, the weighing device and feeding device of the packaging scale are certain. The metering device is much larger than the volume and automaticity of the weighed material, which is equivalent to using a floor scale to weigh the kilograms of vegetables we bought in the supermarket. The accuracy is not too high. The same is true for the feeding device.
2: Factors of the size of the packaging bag
We all know that the quantitative packaging scale has a bagging outlet, which is generally integrated with the bag clamping device. This outlet cannot be made infinitely small arbitrarily. If it is too small, the unloading is not smooth and the large bag is inconvenient to use. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the use of large and small bags at the same time. There is also a replaceable outlet design, which will improve it slightly.
Of course, the weighing range of the quantitative packaging scale is also related to the bulk density of the material. The volume of the measuring bucket of the bucket scale is certain. If the bulk density is very light, the weighing range must not be set too large, because if it exceeds the volume of the measuring bucket, the quantitative packaging scale will not work properly.
The above briefly discusses the maximum and minimum weighing range of the quantitative packaging scale. When purchasing, you can choose a quantitative packaging scale with a reasonable weighing range according to your needs.
