The reasons for this situation are generally caused by many factors after a long period of work, such as the aging and hardening of the soft connection of the measuring bucket, the aging of the air pipe and line of the measuring part, and the excessive dust collection squeezing the measuring device. Ideally, the signal and weight of the weighing sensor change linearly, but when there is too much external interference, the error will naturally be magnified.

The solution to this problem is generally to re-calibrate the scale with a standard weight, also called calibration. The closer the standard weight is to the target quantity, the better. However, before calibrating the scale, try to complete the following work first:

• Clean the measuring device and the surrounding area.
• If there is a soft connection, please replace or clean the soft connection.
• Replace the aging and hardened air pipe.
