The electrical control system consists of a weighing controller, weight sensor, PLC, multiple input and output control circuits, relays, etc. The weighing controller is equivalent to the brain of the granule packaging machine. It is responsible for sending out corresponding output control signals according to the work flow, and controlling the corresponding actions through the relay circuit.

If the bag is not clamped and the material is not discharged, it is usually caused by damage to the bag clamping switch or the relay or solenoid valve that controls the bag clamping.

The slow closing movement of the material door is usually caused by a blockage in the air path of the solenoid valve, which can be solved by cleaning or replacing the solenoid valve.

The speed is slowed down, or the accuracy is inaccurate. Check whether the fast, medium and slow advance amounts are set correctly. It is recommended to back up these parameters after adjusting them.

It is said that the bucket mouth or the clamping bag overflows, usually because the metering bucket door is not closed tightly, or the venting range is set too large, and the material has been closed before it can be discharged in time. Check that the air pressure is not less than 0.4Mpa, and the venting range is set according to the fluidity of the material.

The weight is unstable, sometimes more or sometimes less. Check whether the material is supplied evenly and try to maintain a certain material level.
