When using an automatic quantitative packaging scale, you may encounter a situation where the weight fluctuates and the error is relatively large. This is usually caused by the following factors, not limited to one or multiple factors at the same time.

• The storage bin of the automatic quantitative packaging scale is unstable or insufficiently supplied. This can be eliminated by one method: that is, pay attention to the material level of the storage bin, and start hanging bags at almost the same position each time. Try it several times. If there is improvement, it is because the material in the bin is unstable and causes the phenomenon of fluctuating weight.

• If old bags are used, the total weight will be different due to different skin weights.

• Observe whether there is sticking material. Sometimes the material is not discharged smoothly, and the sticky material is randomly transferred into the bag on the machine wall.
• Check the exhaust hole, soft connection, air pipe and other external forces.
• Check the vibration around the automatic quantitative packaging scale.
• Clean the metering device and the area around the weighing sensor.

If the above work cannot eliminate the fault after doing it, it is necessary to adjust the instrument. According to the situation, see whether to increase the fast and medium advance (which will reduce the packaging speed) and increase the stability time during the work process, such as: zeroing delay, stability judgment time, etc.
